Great news QG. Now you have Xrays to prove that you have a thick bone.

Bone?
The xray seems to shows his tibia AND his fibula and the screws are in his fibula

Awesome to hear QG. Although, nothing like metal in the bones to be a barometer to the weather.

Wow, am looking at the picture and the screw looks like a key. You sure your doctor did not "lose" his keys? :P
Good to hear your on the road to recovery though.

Only a true friend goes out, gets screwed, and is considerate enough to bring back pictures. Thanks!
That's more hardware than I had expected, but the repair looks solid and the joint looks perfect. I'm sure it sucks now, but I think you'll be happy with this repair in the long run. I look forward to your speedy recovery.

Glad that part is over, it had to have been the really hard part of all of this. Now you can focus on your recovery.
Guess it was too late to use that picture for your Christmas cards

Hahaha - too funny.
You better carry that x-ray with you if you are frequent flyer.
Might save a rubber glove search.
Glad you are feeling better

I already have a copy in my Passport
Actually, according to my Doc. everything is titanium, which shouldn't set off the alert, unless they have one that's super-sensitive.
