IM GOING TO CYCLE CREATINE!! DONT FLAME ME i just think its best to cycle it - my own opinion-
but my questions are
1- has anyone used this product
2- would this be a good supplement to use to help me gain more musscle mass while off creatine?

I believe I came across methoxy once... and had no idea what it was. I searched in the supplement forum and everyone said it was complete crap. Not really a note-worthy supp... just waste your money kind of thing.

no problem with cycling. A LOT of people see a plateu in results when they constantly use it. IMO its best to cycle supplments (except protein, multi, and fish oil). cycling is a great idea, keep doing it. anyway, the general thing around here seems to be methoxy sucks. havent personally tried it because everyone around here says its no good. so try a nitric oxide product maybe or you could always just go without a supplement while off creatine. good luck!

ok so what supplement could i take?
heres my situation...
i need to be in the best shape of my life in november 2006, i can either weight 170 or 190 ( ill probably weight right around 180, what are the odds) should i cut weight to 170 or try to gain to 190.
i weigh 160 but wont start till march bulking
