My new "Detailed" MASS Routine....
Please critique the hell out of this plan (attached .doc file). The goal is MASS/Strength and the diet is now to a "T' and ready for it here.
- Majority of w/o's will be done late evening (except early AM cardio)
Thanks my brothers.

Looks more like a BB'ing routine than strength...
What are your rep ranges for these moves?

My main goal is definitely more mass over strength and I am keeping my reps very low (6-8) for the most part.

well then just make sure you have enough sets in there for adequate volume and you will surely grow.

9 sets for quads, 7 for hams, and 6 for calves isn't a lot, but it's more than enough to get results.
to op, i don't like shoulders after chest, that's not enough time for them to recover from the chest workout. if you are going 5 days, 3on 1off 2on 1off, then i would do this:
quads/calves
chest/abs
back/hams
off
shoulders/traps
arms/abs
