What's the difference (concerning health benefits) between red apples and green ones? Are they both considered equal or higher on the GI than the other...or what? Thanks

is it really that important? eat teh one u think tastes the best but i fi had to guess i woudl say red's have a higher GI due to increased taste and sugar levels. Greens have a more bitter;/sour element to them...but comon lol

All I know is that I think the green ones taste better than the red ones. And i seriously doubt the green ones are less nutritous and have a higher GI

I usually eat a fuji apple about 30 mins before my workout with a cup of coffee.. It honestly gives me just as much energy as a scoop of C4 without the tingles.
But overall I think that red skinned apples are more beneficial, or maybe they just make me feel better because I like the taste of them more than green apples.
