Has anyone tried organizing your training week as follows.
Monday - Max Effort Lower
Tuesday - Max Effort Upper
Wednesday - Conditioning
Thursday - Dynamic Lower Lower
Friday - Dynamic Effort Upoer
Saturday - Off
Sunday - Off
Would this be too much on CNS. having back to back Max effort days. I can't train on the weekends because of work.

I've done conjugate for the past 2 years with good results. But my work schedule has changed to where I can't train on the weekends. Traditional conjugate method is as follows.
Monday - max effort upper
Tuesday - off
Wednesday - max effort upper
Thursday - Odf
Friday - Dynamic Effort lower
Saturday Dynamic effort Upoer
Sunday - off
Not sure if back to back max effort workouts would be good or not. Might switch to cube method or 5/3/1.
