9pm post workout shake made with water
1030- 1 scoop whey 1 tbsp natural pb 1 pear made with skim milk
1230 1 cup salad with olive oil tuna salad on 12 grain bread or wrap water
3:00 shake same as earlier 1 orange
6:00 dinner rice or 1 medium potato chicken 1 cup salad 1 tbsp flax or olive oil water
9 shake 1 scoop whey 1 tbsp efa 1 pear made with skim milk
11 sleep 1 glass water

goal to reduce to 16% bf by Dec1 12% by Jan 1 and 8% by Feb1 and then Bulk clean until April/May

either the above diet or this one which is better?

11am salmon burger on 12 grain 1-2 cups salad with italian dressing
2 pm shake with whey 8oz milk 1 tbsp pb pear
5 dinner potato chicken 1-2 cups salad with italian dressing
9 shake with whey and 2 tablespoons efa's
