You know, it really isn't helping everytime I open my refridgerator and I see about 30-40 beers, a HUGE tray of homemade chip dip (which is real good by the way), left over chinese food, and whatever else super tasty item is in there. When I only have my stuff in the house it seriously makes it a lot easier. I don't even crave much when the stuff isn't around but when its right there in your face it makes your oatmeal look like ****.

That's strange because after 12 weeks of eating clean, I actually prefer wholegrain breads/pastas, oats, fruit veg, etc. I simply can't eat crap anymore.
