Very true post. Cardio is the same and you just need to find something you love. For example: rollerblading, hiking, snowshoeing, biking, martial arts, etc. Right now I'm on the hiking kick and enjoy it as much as the gym..........almost. I really miss my mountain bike since I could do that almost every day.

I absolutely am completely addicted to and in love with lifting weights..... except at my gym. I recently moved, and my new gym is crowded beyond freaking belief and I can't stand it. Noone there lifts routinely, either, it's just a bunch of college kids who come in and crowd every space known to man doing curls every now and then when they feel like it. I tried getting a workout partner or 2, but both of them couldn't handle it. Now I just deal with it and lift weights because it's important to me. Once I get enough roommates to move into a house, though, I'm building my own gym with a multi-bench and a power rack and then lifting will be uber-fun again!
