Yeah, good job, bro! Looks like you're gaining nicely... delts and arms look great
Keep at it!
If your chest is a weak area I suggest using a wide grip for your bench presses and use barbells mostly... I have had good results with my chest growth doin that stuff.
Also, the Tri-Phase routine has a specialization routine for chest. You could check it out. I've been doin the arm one and my arms are getting stronger and bigger - all in 3 weeks
You can find it in the Contest Prep with Derek Charlebois thread section.

well had some bad accident while skiing, had to stay months at the hospital. after i left i looked like a person with anorexia - couldnt really look in the mirror, felt totally down....
so i decided to change some things in my life from that point on. so i started with training.
@all: thanks for that comments
and yes, my diet is pretty normal. eat as much proteins as i can (tuna, meat...) also carbs and taking little bit of whey after the workout - nothing really special.

I just checked at your progress pics and it is pretty impressive... All that you have achieved in such time it is pretty inspirational for those like me who suffer a lot to gain a little... Keep training hard, you have shown that working hard always pays.
Good luck man, and again congratulations!
