Question i work in the food Industries, how i can deal with this?

Have some of you working in food industries, food stores, restaurant or a chef but you still want to get rid off the fat body?
how can you deal with those tasty food, especially when you should do taste fried food or glutens food everyday?

i train my body 4 days a week. sometimes if not bussy just 6 days a week. I reduce my cardio since i want to bulk up. I already tone my body, but maybe because i dont do strict diet ( eating clean) i still have belly fat.
i drink whey protein isolate one scoop and BCAAs, and soy milk everyday. including pineaple / watermelon juice in the morning.
i already order lippo6 for losing some body fat. i start used it last 3 days ago.

i just dont still understand why i still have belly fat, and some fat really covering my muscle, is that because of i dont do strict diet.

my big challenges is, the job required me to taste the food sample. almost everyday. what advice you will give me if you are in my position?

Big Thanks!

Thumbs up a chef here.

i'm also in the food industry, I'm a chef, maybe you should try some multivitamins? animal pak, or orange triad, etc.. post workout. Try to add some ab workouts if you haven't already done that? lifting weights? put some weights on when doing abs, since you cut back on cardio, and if you're lifting weights, I think you're doing it right, just stick with it. it takes time.

i taste food a lot, and i just sample like you, that shouldn't be too big of a deal(needs some carbs too), just keep your actual meals high in protein, eat small meals throughout the day, i'm sure you already know that. GOOD LUCK! hope this helps a bit?

For now:

If you are bulking, you should expect to gain fat...you can't control where you gain or lose fat, so you're going to continue to have belly fat during a bulk. Stop taking lipo six while your bulking.

For Later:

Once you're ready to lean out, "abs are made in the kitchen," so yes, diet plays a HUGE role in belly fat.

Since you must taste food at work, do as little of that as possible. If you have a way to track, great...include those extra cals in your diet plan. If not, you'll have to assume you consume about the same amount of extra cals every day while tasting food at work and will have to depend on changing the rest of your diet to make changes. So pay close attention to the rest of your diet and up your cardio.

Stop drinking sugary fruit juice (pineapple juice) unless it's post-workout. When the time comes for you to cut, post the rest of your diet and we may be able to find other little things like that, that can add up to too many extra calories from the wrong sources.

Im a teacher but Im waiting tables part time. I just take food with me so that when I need to eat I have the foods that I SHOULD eat already available. AS for tasting, Id say as long as you account for it in your eating and fitness routine it should stay in check!
