    how much calories should i cut each day to cut up

    How much calories should i cut each day like for example my normal bulking diet is.


    meal

    1. 3 monzarela chesadeas

    2. 1 bagel, 1 tigers milk bar or 2 peanutbutter and jelly sandwiches

    3. 3 98% fat free ham sandwiches

    4. 1 bagel, 1 tigers milk bar, or same as number 3

    5. 1 package Ramen noodles, EAS simply protein shake with 2 and a half cups of milk.

    6. 1 can tuna fish about 7 crackers

    7. EAS simply protein shake with 2 and a half cups of milk

    like how much of each food should i decrease it and what day or week should i decrease it?????

    like different meats n stuff.

    i am 6 foot 2 i weigh 247-250, my body fat is about 15-18%

    if your cutting get rid of a little of the bread in your diet....OR another idea if your cutting calories is buy reduced calorie bread 40 calories a slice instead of 80-90 a slice...that ALONE will cut your calories down by 650 calories. And also if your cutting eat more protein...like chunk those 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches thats alot of simple surgars/carbs/and fat with like almost no protein...

    well at my nutrition shop the dude took my weight which was 214 at the time and told me that for cutting i should be around 2000 but he recomended i eat 2500 so i dont lose muscle, i went with 2000 and i dropped 4 lbs in a week and 1/4.
    why am i a champion? because when you're tired and ready to quit i push harder.
