    Warrior Diet and Alternative Meal Plans

    I am considering switching up my diet from the traditional 5-6 meals/ day to anywhere between 1 and 3 meals per day. Could anyone who has tried meal plans such as these for extended periods of time comment on whether they were successful in making gains on such plans, and describe the kinds of gains that they made (i.e. how many pounds over a certain time frame)?
