Muscle Tech CreaCore Review - With Pictures

I have been selected to review Muscle Tech's CreaCor by melaneybh, first off I would like to say thank you for the products and that im really looking forward to seeing how this product goes. I've been using a few of Muscle Techs products for the last little while now and haven't been disappointed to date. CreaCor is something ive been looking at trying for a while now so here we go..

Once I was chosen to do a review for this product, I stopped taking the creatine I was taking at the time, I took a break from it for roughly 3-4 weeks so I could give my most honest review of CreaCor. I will review the taste, mix-ability and progress of taking it every 7 days until its gone by posting any gains in strength.

Mixing: 8/10 - Using a shaker cup, 2 scoops with 12 ounces of water, CreaCore ended up mixing pretty good. Only issue being a little bit left behind in the bottom of the cup at the end, which isn't a huge deal, but that being the only thing stopping from a perfect 10.

Taste: 9/10 - Never really drank a whole lot of orange flavour supplements, but this stuff is amazing. Its sweet with a great after taste. If it were a little bit more tangy, again.. this would be a perfect 10. But none the less, amazing taste.

Progress: These are two workouts im really looking to beef up. (If you want me to list any other exercises let me know, these are two im just really concentrating on at the moment).
Dumbbell Flat Bench - 110's for 4
Seated Concentrated EZ-Bar Curl - 115 for 8

I'm glad you like the Creacore so far. I use two scoops in about 22-24 ounces of water. This goes for all of the flavors. Creacore is very strong flavor wise.

Man, Creacore is sweet. But another 22 ounces more of water a day, not sure i can do that!

If you have an amount of water that you try to hit daily, this product would count towards that amount. I count liquid that doesn't have any caffeine in it towards by daily goal of close to a gallon.

Awsome bro, just on Christmas vacation with my fiancé and little one letting all the family meet out huddle of joy. Back to the gym on the 2nd.

Just an update,

With 2 scoops and 20oz of water

Taste - 10/10: this I think is the perfect combination for this mix. It tastes perfect in my opinion. It makes drinking the 20oz of water easy with such a great taste.


I will be back in the gym from a family vacation on the 2nd to try and beat my max lifts, been taking this steady on my time off.

As for the Aminos, I will be starting this log on the 2nd as well. Bad timing with Christmas and all lol but I can I love it, been using this for a while but also took two weeks off to give it a true review.

I got pulled back on a drilling rig for the next 14 days so I won't be able to upload the pics till I'm back.

But on the upside of things now I get to slave 13 hours a day throwing pipe then hit the gym in camp afterwards, this is where I see big gains as I'm constantly lifting. Looking forward to getting at it tomorrow!

Since I started the CreaCore I'm for sure seeing increases in my lifts, nothing major yet but I'm just getting into it. I'm loving the flavor and I'm thinking this will help me fill out nicely. I'll he adding this to my gym bag for sure from here on out.

For sure, drilling rigs can really make or break a guy. I've been all over the oil patch for the past 5 years and this is the hardest job out there. But it's a job a man can grow to love. Last night we rigged up the rig and by the end if the shift I was exhausted but feeling great, forearms just throbbing and my hands stiff from using hammer wrenches, lifting few hundred pound pipes, just a great time. It can be hard on a guys body but when you have great supplements backing you, it's a huge help. I actually gave a scoop to my driller and roughneck last night and they said the flavour was also unreal, got them hooked they said haha I'll try to get some work pics up then the supplement photo shoot ones as soon as I'm back.

Didn't realize you worked the oil rigs. My husband is a scaffolder, and has worked in the oil fields for years. Right now he is actually scaffolding at a mine in Saskatoon though. Tough work for sure, not only physically but very mentally taxing as well.

I've worked in the patch for roughly 5 years now, i worked Service Rigs, well head service tech, worked well completions(fracing), now on drilling rigs for the next year. I told myself I would get to know start to finish of the oil and gas then go to school for my Power Engerinering and start consulting in this industry. The men and woman in the oil and gas industry work very hard day and night in every different job and they mainly do it for one reason, their loving family's at home that support them. No better feeling in the world knowing you can give you family everything they need that's for sure. All they heavy lifting and work is just a huge bonus for us men and woman who like to lift !
