Before I get flamed.........I tried to search but it isnt working.
Im curious to know how many protein shakes people are drinking a day. I know it depends on goals and body weight but yall get the point.
Im 220lbs and sometimes, on days Im too busy to fix meals, I drink 200 grams worth of whey and micellar.
I drink one in the morning with a big bowl of oats, one pre wo, one post wo, and one right before bed and I always use two scoops for my shakes. Im currently using the ON whey during the day, cytogainer post wo and ON micellar before bed. Yes, it gets expensive!
On top of this I eat usually 3 full meals a day. I know whole foods are always better than shakes, thats why they are called supplements.
So, who else uses this much? Anyone else use more?

wait, 200g in one shake?? dude you are pissing away 3/4 of that.. if you can, try upping your meals..
i hope i read that wrong, cause if you are doing 200g a shake and i believe doing it more than once a day, you are wasting A LOT of protein and money..EAT!

i have 3 shakes a day with 4-5 whole food meals.
My 1st shake is in the morning, its been 7-9 hours with no protien and your body is in a catabolic state, so first thing you need is some quik digesting protien, so i use 1 1/2 scoops Natural Whey mixed with Milk
Then post workout i have 1 cup oats, 1 tbsp. Natty penut butter, 3/4 scoop Whey and 3/4 scoop Casien.
Then right before i go to sleep i ahev 1 scoop casien, 1 scoop Whey mixed with milk.

2-4 depending on schedule, i gotta do what i have to sometimes. Prefer to eat whole meals like chicken breast and steak, but sometimes time doesn't permit it. At a minimum i always add peanut butter to my shakes and depending on cutting or bulking i will add oats and/or dextrose around the workout window.
