    Quick - Portable - Meals

Like many, my schedule at work is unpredictable at best. As a PM, I am always out and about and never can predict where I will be at when it comes to meal times. When I am in the office, it is easy to prepare for that day; it's when I am out in the field and do not have access to a microwave ect...

Does anyone have a similar problem and what do they do in terms of preparing meals. (Meal Type, Ect...)

Also, have meetings with customers and usually end up having to buy lunch at a resturant. Anyone have this problem too?

i take one day out of the week cook a bunch of rice, chicken, prepare a bunch of sandwhiches, and load some water bottles with dired milk and stick it all in the fridge in individual containers. I then load up a small coller every morning and I am set.

Yes, this is where my problem lyes. I have been doing the same thing but when I am out of the office (Generally Often) I do not have access to a microwave to re-heat the food. Cold sweet potato, chicken??? Not for me!

Maybe I just need some recipe's that will be good straight from the cooler.

    Anyone?

Sandwiches are a good idea. There are plenty of good meats out there. Turkey, Roast beef, etc. Put on some lettuce and a few tomatoes... there ya go!
