Love Handles!

Hey guys, quick question here...

So I had a pretty well-defined abdomin and the six-pack was rockin. Recently, i've noticed less definition as there's a thin layer of fat overlaying my abs and a bit of a love handle situation on my sides. WHAT SHOULD I DO? My eating habits haven't changed and the muscle is still solid underneath this newly developed nonsense. More cardio maybe? A specific ab/oblique regiment that works great? Some new supplement i haven't heard of? thanks folks!

Keep in mind there is no such thing as spot reduction. No exercise will burn fat from a certain area. Just as you don't choose where it goes on, you don't choose from where it comes off.

Focus on cardio and improving your eating even more.
