Hi all, I just turned 15 4 months ago, and was wanting to know what ya'll thought. I've been lifting since I was 14, but only working out hardcore for the last 3 months.
I got a 43 inch chest, 32 inch waist, and 15 inch biceps when flexed. I might look small, but so far im holding all the sophmore records at my school. Feel free to give advice/comments whatever. Personally I think im making some progress for only working out seriously for 3 months. Right now im 5'8 170. I used to be like 160...but severely flabby. My strengths are quads, and arms...weaknesses are traps, and back.

youve got a foundation but by no means ready for competing, and im not thinking those are 15 inch arms, sorry, and your 170 for 5'8, i dont know about that, but your legs are lookin pretty good, work on everything and eat everything and youll be good
some people say train like a powerlifter and diet like a bodybuilder.
