    Exclamation pulled groin

    yea so i messed up and didn't stretch one time playing basketball, and i really pulled my groin.

    It hurts when i run full speed, and its been hurting for like 6 weeks. I keep re pulling, and after a few days it feels fine, but after i play ball again i re pull.

    i dono what to do ;(

    My doc said groin pulls are notorious for taking a long time to heal. He told me 4+ weeks of no leg training or strenuous activity for it to heal. Mine only hurt when doing squats or quick transitions, like turning to run, etc.

    I laid off for a week and started back and it started hurting again. Guess I will be taking the full 4 weeks off and trying again.
