Yes. HIT guys on this board have done really well with it (myself included).

I'd cut out the leg extensions, leg curls and definitely the db pullovers. I'd also switch the weighted pullups with the seated rows. I would also NOT do direct arm work before doing the pullups and dips. Arm work goes last, next to calf raises and abs.
