Exclamation Does HIT work for mesomorphic body types?

I looked at the HIT program and I like it, but all I have done in the past was volume training. Does HIT build good strength and muscle mass? I have see a HIT program ex.( is this a good workout)

Squats 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Leg Extensions 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Leg Curls 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Dumbbell Pullovers 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Barbell Overhead Shoulder Press 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Seated Rows 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Bench Press 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Barbell Bicep Curls 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Tricep Extensions 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Weighted Pullups 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Weighted Dips 1 X 8 - 10 reps
Standing Calf Raises 1 X 8 - 12 reps
Abs - 1 X 10 - 15 reps

Is this a good workout with good results. OR is there better ones

When dealing with HIT, there is ALWAYS a much better routine out there. I'd recommend something that's been proven to work better than HIT.

Yes. HIT guys on this board have done really well with it (myself included).

I'd cut out the leg extensions, leg curls and definitely the db pullovers. I'd also switch the weighted pullups with the seated rows. I would also NOT do direct arm work before doing the pullups and dips. Arm work goes last, next to calf raises and abs.
