Bigger guys (>200lbs). What are your cutting diet stats?

I am curious about the diets the >200lb guys on here use for cutting.

Please post:

(1) Weight
(2) BF% (if known)
(3) Calories consumed
(4) Macro breakdown (% cals from pro/carbs/fat)
(5) Cardio used (type/freq/session length)
(6) Weight loss rate (lbs/wk)
(7) Were you happy with the diet?
(8) What would you do differently next time?

And anything else you think is important.

1) 250 lbs
2) Around 34%
3) ~2500 cals a day
4) at least 250 g/ protein day, no more than 150 g carbs usually
5) 45 mins 5x/week, I play 2-3 hours of racquetball a week as well, sometimes HIIT
6) close to 3 lbs a week
7) I hate my diet (tastewise), but I do it because it gets results
8) Nothing

My weight before was 220lbs but even though im around 198lbs > 200lbs it fluctuates I'll post anyway just for the record:

(1) 200lbs
(2) 13%
(3) Between 1,800 - 2,000
(4) Didn't even monitor it, pleanty of protein, low-mod carbs (Around 230g+ of protein and 100g or under of carbs)
(5) 3 times per week treadmill running (500 cals burnt) 3 days weight training
(6) Didn't monitor it
(7) Yes, it worked and still works
(8) Nothing, but a few months ago if you asked me then take protein shakes.

1) cut from 221 to 198
2) about 12% now from 20+%
3) started around 2800 and ended up around 2400.
4) started with 250carb, 250 protein, 85 fat and ended up around 150carb, 300 protein, 65 fat during the last month of my cut.
5) ~30 min low intensity 3 times per week, 2 mile jog once per week, 1-2 HIIT sessions per week.
6) 2-3lbs per week over the first 2-3 weeks. Water weight and fast fat loss. 2 lbs per week over the middle 8 weeks or so and 1 lb per week over the last 3 weeks.
7) yes, very. I thought this was a very successful cut.
8) Not much. I'd probably stay on creatine all the way through and start out eating more like 3000 calories per day because I dropped weight a little too fast at first.
