I did some research on this a while back because there is almost none.
The answer is NO. and for any future questions stay away from BSN all toghther as they are currently being sued because they lied about what is in their products in the first place.the only time you should ever talk about sex is on the phone to a trained professional at $3.99 a minute.

Back in the day I took Nitrix and saw nothing from it. I'm not a big fan of popping of the whole No pill deal.

Besides Creatine and Protein most supplements are worthless in terms of making a noticeably difference to your body. Others, like multivitamins and others, are good for your general well being but you won't notice any changes to your body.

i tried taking bsn nitrix with creatine monohydrate. After 3 weeks, I was tired of remebering to take the pills so often and stopped taking them. I noticed absolutley no difference when I stopped taking them...
