    IF question

    torani syrup sugar free or stevia, will either of those break my fast. Meaning do any have even a slight bit of calories if used in excess can ruin my fast.

    Fasting is not an on/off switch. Trace calories will not do anything.

    That said, if you're going to fast, then maybe you should just fast. There's something useful to be learned from the discipline of not eating that you'll be passing up with nonsense like sugar free jello.

    sounds like you like small amounts of foods during fasting
    should try warrior diet instead IMO
