1. What makes a good blend of weight gainer?
High protein, high carb and low sugar?
2. WPI and WPC's better than those from calcium caseinate and egg white albumin?
3. Carbs from sugar's worse than those "complex carb" eh?
How to tell? seems most are not labelled in the packing.
What about this one?
4Ever Fit : Fruit Blast Isolate Gainer
- WPI and WPC., not egg, (which is good eh?)
low carb tho.
- seems great taste
I did do a 'search' on this product.
it does have good reviews, but only one or two,
probably coz its not a popular brand
more comment, pls!
CytoSport : CytoGainer
- low fat and whey petides
- Complex Carbs Only, not sure wat dat is
- No Sucrose, Fructose, or Aspartame
- 100% Whey Protein Sources
Ultimate Nutrition : Muscle Juice
- high carb, high sugar tho
- seems a popular choice?
thanks!

Musle Milk
Muscle Milk is another product from CytoSport (the same company that produce CytoGainer)
It is NOT a pure weight gainer since it contains not many carb (12g in a 75g serving)
It is manly composed by proteins (32 g per serving) but contains also 18g of fat.
However, the fat are "leanlipids": "...good fats that help you get leaner"
Overall it is a very good product and it taste very good! (i usually drink vanilla with 1% milk)
Since it contains casein it is a very good pre-bed supplement
Among the weight gainers that you listed I have just ordered CytoGainer since I was impressed by the good taste of Muscle Milk
Before that I tried N-LargeII, probably the most sold weight gainer on the market. Good product but I hope CytoGainer taste better.
Below are the Supplement fact of Mucle Milk:

Cytosport Cytogainer is my favorite as far as just gainer mixes go. Muscle milk is good, but the Cytogainer is better for all out mass gain I feel.
Taste is better with Muscle Milk, but you'll see better results with Cytogainer. Which reminds me, it's 4:30, time for my cookies'n'cream cytogainer..yummy!Last edited by UberBerzerker; 10-25-2005 at 01:41 PM.
If its not good for pregnant women then why would it be good for me. - MegaPump

yah i am looking around and cytogainer seems to be a sound choice.
just that it's a bit expensive in the stores around my place, like CAD60 for 6lb
i was also looking for the 4everfit one, isn't it with higher WPI and thus considerable?
and what about having weight gainer with creatine (for better weight/muscle gain)?
any suggestions?
