Girls..I need your help
Hey lovelies!
OK so I ve been on 125 FOREVER and theres so much stubborn fat that I really have to go on a strict diet for a long time now, to get rid of that stubborn fat.
I want to be 110. I want to achieve this goal of losing 15 pounds in a period of one month!!I know sounds crazy, but I have no options. Here are a few questions I had..
1. Should my diet consists of any EFA's or should I just keep it high protein and low carb and not worry about EFAs?
2. Should I continue weight training or should I just increase the quality and quantity of cardio?
3. No more cheat meals right?
ok thanks girls! have a greatttttt Sunday!!

15# in a month? Why do you "have" to do this?? There is really no healthy way to lose that weight, and it won't be fat. You can't lose that much fat so fast..it will be water and muscle. Why not focus on lifting, adding in some cardio and maybe doing some carb cycling? Why the extreme?

Just remember that if you are exercising too much and not taking in enough, your body will store up fats and burn muscle.
I have to wonder why getting 15 pounds off in a month is so important to you?
Where is your fat being stubborn?
Perhaps you are storing fat there because of the emergency starvation type mode you put your body into.
Unfortunately, it takes time to reverse that.
Trying to do this in one month will just make your body more confused I am afraid.

Regardless of what you decide, you still need your essential fatty acids... these are healthy and should never be totally excluded from your diet.

2nd, they are important for metabolic health according to lots of studies and you will see the difference in your hair and skin if you start eating less of them. also important for brain and eye health
yes, you do have options. you will make things harder for yourself if you choose to crash diet (which is what losing 15 pounds in a month is, especially if you are already at 120). this can hurt your metabolism and turn you skinny fat

focus on inches(especially in the waist) instead of bodyweight. I have lost 2inches off of my waist in two weeks and havent lost a pound, which tells me I am losin fat but gaining (a tiny bit) of muscle mass. Doing it slowly will really benefit you. Carb cycling and splitting your cardio and weights up will help(cardio:AM and weights:PM
Keep the EFA's or intergrate in some CLA instead. Make sure to count them into your daily fat intake...
