It Begins yet Again

G?day Folks, Well it?s been far too long away from these forums, I bow my head in shame for I have become a bit of a regainer, I have tried to live a life with some bad foods and find I simply lack that control,
In fact I don?t think I?ll ever be able to include them in anyway. I?m just an addict when it comes to crap food and feeling down.
Last year things were looking up, I was about to join a Football Team and become a new social person, At the same time I undertook a medical treatment to hopefully get rid of some nasty acne I?ve had since I was 16.

Well plans never work without some challenges, the medical bills made the football a non event, And the Treatment well It didn?t work, I don?t have Acne I have Keloid scars which will be with me to the day I die I also suffered major side effects including losing some of my hair and many other things, I also seem to have uncovered something I have been born with that while fat I had no Idea I had. Pectus Carinatum or a deformed chest. Again something I will have to get use too.
I have felt useless and not motivated, I am damaged goods and have been in the mindset that food makes me feel good and will probably be my only vice for the rest of my life and why bother?. Well I got down to 90.5kg and now sitting at 94.5kg, Well probably 94.7 today But I have got to get back into the swing of things, It is so easy to go backwards everyone.
Excess skin is an issue as well, To be honest I think I would be at my target weight I would think if I wasn?t left in the fat suit. It totally sucks, but you have the make the best of what you?ve got right?.

So my goal is basically this. I have some clothes given to me by my brother, they are 97R pants, I want to fit into them comfortable, the goal is 88KG (194Lbs) so about 15 pounds I need to lose. I start up tomorrow, for the first 2 or so weeks it?s simple, 30Mins of cardio per day and a Diet of 1700-1800 Calories it?s worked for me well in the past now to get back into it.

This has been a long post I will post a couple of photos in the next few mins to show what I?m looking like at the moment and a few photos of my journey thus far.

411Lbs, Before I knew what the words Diet and Exercise really meant April 2006.

Gives you an idea on excess skin, I have lifted my body up so gravity is working for me and gives me the waist I wouldn't mind, normally it just sits wide.

94.5kg took this a day ago bit of a black eye I ran into a door lol

Okay, Totally not happy with myself I had eaten a ton of **** food, back to the old days, People Food Addication is real, not eating any of it is the only way for me to manage this, So I had a last supper if you will last night, I ate nachos and what not. 98.6Kg this morning on my scales, so I've gained 8.1kg in about 2 months, thats not cool,

Today has been the first day for a while where I've stuck to my calories and exercised, I see 2 weeks as a mini goal it then becomes a habbit, and I won't have any problems.

The contest starting on the 1st and I'm ready to win it, I've come 2nd before in comps this forum has run, and I want 1st, so 100% consistent is what I'm going to be.

on a side note I'm totally unfit, I did 2 cycling sessions to get into again only 15mins each moderate pace and I was stuffed. I'll be walking again for a few days and see how I go,

Your still an amazing success and don't you forget it bro

I am way up too and have had some horible months. I am back and going to try my best to do it but it is the last chance I have been sent by my Dr. for gastric bypass tests to see if I can handle the surgury. I don't want to but he is giving me another year and then I am going for it if I don't lose at least 100lbs. If I lose 100lbs I will rethink it but thats where I am at I will weigh in on the 1st of Jan when I go back to work I am thinking I am in the 460's hope you nothing but success with your new goals bud.

Great job man. You look like a completely different person. Best of luck to reaching your goal in the New Year's. I need to start my own thread as well to motivate me to never give up like you accomplished.

what happened was BB.COM was blocked at work as swimwear nudity ect. I just got a home comp for christmas so I won't be on nearly as much but I will be on here and there as I am fatted back up and in trouble again

it definatley is great to see you back John, I was chatting to caiwau last night and said I wonder how heathershubby is doing, defiantley good to see your still at it, I hope we can both kick the habbits.

I lost alittle over night but I ate way too much was aiming for 1700 and ate 2300!, still at least it wasn't a gaining day, today has been better, I have been having the worse sleeping patterns, waking at 9am going to bed at 2am. which leads to late night snacking!,
