walking
i sometimes walk for 45 minutes before breakfast in the morning. isn't that supposively a good fat-burning workout?

Man, do some HIIT. and I agree with _bladen_ that the last thing you need to worry about is losing fat.

Hes 6'2 and 165 pounds. Look under his username. Its physically impossible to even have a decent amount of LBM at that weight/height.

Not sure if your agreeing, being sarcastic, or looking for an argument. But yes at his height even CONTEST shape at 165 looks very small.
He needs to give his body time to mature and grow through puberty while training and eating a **** load.
