2 days a week 3 sets of 30 FULL incline crunches with a 10 or 25 pound weight on stomach
another 3 days i do ab slide 3 sets of 30.
Ab slide and ab dolly are the only good ones, theres tons of horrible ones out there.@155 lbs.BW (as of 5/19/03)

Your bodyfats low, it looks like a 5-6%, is that correct? You have just about the same exact body I had a few months ago after I finish a cutting phase. I was really happy about how ripped I had become, yet I knew I looked small with a shirt on. Chicks love the six pack, go clubing and show them off as much as posible before you do any major bulking.
Good luck,

I'm not sure, I'd have to see more info on your nutrition and workout plan. Yet I could tell you that personaly, deadlifts and upright rows really improved my delts, once i focus more on them. Also eatting much more meat and not so much protien shakes and protien bars. I switch from a protien shakes to tuna or chicken and my strenth really went up.
Good luck,
Christian

its hard to tell about your calves, but based on that leg pic, you need to start squatting, and squatting hard (if you're not already). your legs look way less developed than your upper body. post your current leg routine if you have one, and everyone here will fix it up for ya. good luck man, keep pumpin.

Yeah, i know.
I can't squat or do lunges because of my knees
I have 40 year old knees at 16.
My leg routine is 4 sets of leg press + 1 warmup.
8-12 reps each, last set is 4 40's on each side.
going low
then, leg extensions both sitting up
and laing down to do hamstrings
3 sets each don't know weight
calve lifts on a leg press 8-12 reps same weight as leg press.
