I started gym almost 3 years from now, 2 years ago while i was training biceps while standing i injured my back, the location is on the right side of my back (rhomboidus major), the pain lasted for about a month, i couldnt do movements, the pain was really bad, and i stopped gym for a month, then i eventually went back, however the pain returned a month ago when i was doing traps workout, i went and took a painkiller shot, i did rest for another month now and i can say the pain is gone, however im going to see a doctor on saturday, the problem is i really do wanna go back to gym but i dont know if its safe. In case i cant, i was thinking to start swimming, my question is can i build muscle mass if i take supplements while swimming, how much time should i swim, what excercises? i would appreciate any kind of help cuz this problem is haunting me since forever
