    meal plan advice needed! (bulking with healthy food)

    hey guys,

    I got some wonderful advice in this previous thread but I need a lil help putting it all together;

    from the healthy food list suggested in the above list, could you please help me come up with 3+ meal ideas each for breakfast, lunch and dinner???

    i'm lazy.....i.e. dont wanna read that post. but here is a thought:

    Breakfast:
    Protein shake or scrambled egg whites (i do shake due to time)
    yogurt or cottage cheese
    1 bowl oatmeal
    juice if you want, i usually do sugarless iced tea or coffee maybe.

    Lunch:
    Cut up grilled chicken breast with salsa on top (i cut it up before cooking bc its just easier to shovel in)
    brown or wild rice with some soy sauce on top

    Dinner:
    Chicken or fish
    Rice or whole wheat pasta

    With lunch and dinner, i usually drink either water or sugarless drinks.....and yeah, occasional booze, gotta have some fun.

    anyway, the quantities are up to you, and i eat like 8 times a day, so this isn't everything, but i think its pretty decent.

    u eat ate times a day? lol - wow

    i think my hardest meal to to come up with is breakfast :s I used to eat unhealthy shYt like bacon and eggs
