i'm lazy.....i.e. dont wanna read that post. but here is a thought:
Breakfast:
Protein shake or scrambled egg whites (i do shake due to time)
yogurt or cottage cheese
1 bowl oatmeal
juice if you want, i usually do sugarless iced tea or coffee maybe.
Lunch:
Cut up grilled chicken breast with salsa on top (i cut it up before cooking bc its just easier to shovel in)
brown or wild rice with some soy sauce on top
Dinner:
Chicken or fish
Rice or whole wheat pasta
With lunch and dinner, i usually drink either water or sugarless drinks.....and yeah, occasional booze, gotta have some fun.
anyway, the quantities are up to you, and i eat like 8 times a day, so this isn't everything, but i think its pretty decent.
