I am thinking of getting ine of those $10 ab wheels, but I do not want to waste my time with them. Does anyone know if they actually work?

sh!t - for 10 bucks, if there is a chance it will help, why not???if anything its good stretchin...lol

Yep thje ab whells do work. The really hit the midsection if you do them right. this is really the only product I would purchase for the abs.

I just roll those barbells at the gym. Same **** pretty much, and if you know what you are doing it will do some good. You really need to focus though.

You don't have to pay 40 bucks for one of those. Just use a barbel like someone else said. For me, as my abs grew stronger, I felt the movement more in my back and arms, so I quit doing them, BUt tere really good if you aren't use to them
