I am thinking of getting ine of those $10 ab wheels, but I do not want to waste my time with them. Does anyone know if they actually work?

I just roll those barbells at the gym. Same **** pretty much, and if you know what you are doing it will do some good. You really need to focus though.100% Natural Bodybuilding!

You don't have to pay 40 bucks for one of those. Just use a barbel like someone else said. For me, as my abs grew stronger, I felt the movement more in my back and arms, so I quit doing them, BUt tere really good if you aren't use to them"Don't give up, your too strong"-Earl Simmons
