    That's a quite common split. Not saying it's the best one, but there's many that do that. Hell, my triceps get a beating on every workout I'm at because of my split.

    I do alot of tricep work but only really started doing bicep work since going over from powerlifting to strongman stuff but still wouldn't devote a whole day to it

    That and workout programs should be tailored to the individual. You put on me on whatever program Jay Cutler is doing right now and I'll be frazzled and useless probably within 2-3 workouts.

    I kind of get a kick out of watching 130-170 pound kids in the gym doing all kinds of "shaping" exercises, endless bicep work and ****... everyone's different but for the majority of people, if you're under 200 pounds I can't see why you'd do much else other than some heavy rows, squats, some kind of press and maybe the occasional deadlifting.

    I kind of get a kick out of watching 130-170 pound kids in the gym doing all kinds of "shaping" exercises, endless bicep work and ****... everyone's different but for the majority of people, if you're under 200 pounds I can't see why you'd do much else other than some heavy rows, squats, some kind of press and maybe the occasional deadlifting.
    Was that a direct insult to rey rey:-) He can't help it if he's only 5'2. If he was 200lbs he wouldn't be able to wrestle let alone move.

    Most kids just stay around the bench press at every gym that i've been to. I can't stand how many kids ask the dumb question of "how much can you bench?" Who cares.. the more you lift doesn't equal how much mass your going to get. It requires adequate stimulation and a constant change in routine. It's funny to see guys lifting 315 lbs on bench for a few reps and wonder why they don't look like Triple H, heck triple H can't even lift that weight for 1 rep since he doesn't lift for strength. What is even more humerous is they should be incorportating dumbbell's and flies. nothing will build a better chest. The barbell bench is completely overrated, but not quite worthless though.
