i will first introduce myself
I am Raju from india...age:25, weight:70kg height: 5'9 (174),
working in soft. company.
i am doing exercise from 2004 but i look like an ord. man & i haven't got any shape.
so, i had to take HIGHER POWER CREATINE ETHYL ESTER (300grams) on september 2007 to dec.
Hey Brother i need ur guidance, bcoz i dont have any coacher. so i am confusing wht type of supplements
can i take ! i consult my doctor (student) friend. he said "if u take any supplement without proper guidance,
u will suffer by kidney diseases, for eg: if u take creatine without cycle-off, u will get sideeffects".
i am really confused now... so, pls help me. i mean, my motto is become a good muscle man (i'm not fatman).
so can u prepare for me a CHART (schedule for supplements) from jan.2008.
can u schedules like this:
for example: January to march: take creatine(300gms) 3 months than cycle-off 2 to 4 weeks
april: whey protein (2lbs)
May: Animal pak
.
.
.
.
dec: animal stack.
pls guide me... i'm really fear abt to use supplements.
pls preapare a CHART like on above.(required: supplement name, gms or lbs, how many days cycle-off)
