stats 19. 152lbs 17% bf 5'11
just a quick question how often should I be doing cardio 6/7 days a week or less, i usually do a good 45mins to an hour of it. Just want to know if it's bad to over do it

Cardio has it's best uses promoting cardiovascular health. There is no need to force yourself to do it often... as said it's up to preference.
I refuse to do any cardio other than walking, unless I really have to.
At your age (good hormonal profile), your primary focus should be building muscle... assuming that is part of your long-term goals.~ Feel free to PM me if you have any questions ~
