    Need help getting bench press up

    Title says it all... I'm 6'0 175lbs 16 years old I play free safety in football and I'm trying to get my bench up to 225 as soon as possible. Right now my workout is chest/triceps and it starts: 3X5 flat bench 3X10 flat dumbell press 3X8 incline bench then burnout sets with machine. Then 3X8 skullcrushers then 3X10 overhead dumbell extension(might have the name wrong my bad) then 3X10 cable pulldown then some cardio. Im taking the strength vitapak from gnc I have ON standard whey and use c4 for pre workout. What am I doing good and what should I change and how can I achieve a higher bench quickly?
