Question on GVT
When follwing a GVT routine, I should make 10 sets of 10 for complex movements and then 3 sets of supporting exercises in the 12-15 range. My question is: which is the best order for a Chest/Back workout?
Dumbell press (10 of 10)
inclined dumbell flyes (3 of 12-15)
Lat pull-down (10 of 10)
Seated rows (3 of 12-15)
or
