Question Question on GVT

When follwing a GVT routine, I should make 10 sets of 10 for complex movements and then 3 sets of supporting exercises in the 12-15 range. My question is: which is the best order for a Chest/Back workout?

Dumbell press (10 of 10)
inclined dumbell flyes (3 of 12-15)
Lat pull-down (10 of 10)
Seated rows (3 of 12-15)

or

Dumbell press (10 of 10)
Lat pull-down (10 of 10)
inclined dumbell flyes (3 of 12-15)
Seated rows (3 of 12-15)

If I was doing GVT I would do body part training. Afer 10 sets of heavy benching i'd be exhausted. I wouldn't even want to think about training back lol. I'd do Back the next day, etc. But this is just how I would do it.

You are meant to do the 2 exercises chosen for 10 sets each first, then finish off with the supporting exercises for 3 sets.
