Not much to say really, not great shots, my training buddy is lame at photos and said he was in a rush so couldn't take any more!
Feeling recovered from ripping a load of ligaments in my shoulder in Jan (was 22lbs heavier then)
Been bulking since the summer, bit fat, looking forward to never lifting 'heavy' weights again and getting cut next year!
Weight lifting history:
Ex National Squad - Olympic Lifting (fukd shoulder 2003)
Ex National Level RAW Powerlifter (fukd shoulder Jan 2007)
Diet: oats, cottage cheese, chocolate, coffee ummm, cottage cheese...
Supps: none - just cottage cheese
Training Split: Chest, shoulder, tri / Back Bi / Abs, Legs
