doesn't really build any muscle, and its an "okay" themogenic, u can find a lot better themogenic for much less the price like green tea caps and caffine ones. I just got a little cut from it. if u bought alrdy don't take 3 caps 3 times a day, it gives u sort of headache and u get kinda angerier faster.

Its a very good thermogenic, I've used it for a year now and its a damn good price for MuscleTech and other Thermogenics. I have tried others and I like Thermogain the best. Def. a good deal at 30$ for 150 caps. I honestly can say that I like this MuscleTech product.

I used Thermogain/Thermoshred along with my diet and exercise, take a look

this guy i work with swears by the stuff.
gets hooked up on cases from his friend.
he gave me a bottle.
its alright,i think it would be better to stack it with something.

For a general Thermogenic/caffeine boost/appetite suppressor, it actually is very good. For me it worked much better than many of the more popular ones that everyone recommends. But don't rely on it to build muscle.
