    Weighted pushups.

    Dips.

    etc.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

IF you have a rack, floor presses work good. Also if you get some jump stretch bands, you can get a really good burn.

If you can get something like 2 milk crates, put a pillow on it and do flys. You can even do flys and presses off the floor. In the past I've gotten 2 cinder blocks, spaced them out to accomodate my torso, put a pad on them and was able to do BD chest work.

    Good luck.

If you can't get a hold of a bench or dumbbells (which would be ideal-cheap and dont take up much space) then I would suggest investing in some bands. It wont be as good but you can get creative. Also if there is something heavy to press just get on the floor, get a good grip, and let'er rip.

get two ropes and find a swing set. tie the two ropes to the swingset and put a loop with a bar of somesort in the middle (pvc pipe) This will serve as a grip. Then you can do suspended pushups or flies. Will work the hell out of your pecks and supporting muscles.

Dumbell floor presses are a great exercise.
You don't get the full ROM but i find them very rewarding and a lot of fun too.

Here's some info on them here:

I used cinder blocks with a towel before my bench arrived. Floor presses severely restricted my ROM. They are however, better than nothing.
