Updated before and after pic...
Heres an updated version of my before and after pictures. The before pic was taken September 12, 2004 and the after pic I took October 17, 2005. This has been a little over a year. You can check my old posts to see my progression.

Wow, what a difference! I've been stuck in this forum for hours reading the threads & looking at the before/after pics, what an inspiration. All you guys here make me feel like keeping at it. I've only been (seriously) taking care of myself for a little over 2 months. Seeing results is a big motivator, and like you say in your sig the mirror doesn't lie. I work rotating shift work, so keeping my motivation up is a big thing (been off & on before).
Keep up the good work!

I've seen your pics before but never commented. Seriously, that's nuts. You have great bodybuilding genetics. A very aesthetic physique you do have. The abs are impressive and the tattoos don't really take away from the physique, but rather accentuate it. Vascularity (most notable in biceps and forearms) is also very good.
How's the pre-contest prep coming along? I'm gonna be doing a show pretty soon myself and just wanted to see what was up with you.

great
Great job. I'm curious--did you gain alot of muscle in that year ? It's hard to tell how much (or how little) muscle the fat in the first pic is covering. How have your strength levels changed in the past year on basic lifts like bench, deadlift, and squat ?

Thanks for the comments. Actually In my before picture, I did'nt train for about 6 months. My strenght actually went up form then but it's gradually decreasing because in geting ready for my competition on Nov 19. I'm still trying to lift as heavy as my body allows though. I dont bench or deadlift but I do squat. For chest alot of dumbells and hammer strengh equipment. For my back lots of pull down, rows, and weighted hyperextensions.

Thanks for the side by side before and after pic. By the way, It wasn't really a bulk. It was me partying, eating drinking, and not training. Thanks again!
