    How much is to much?

    Hi all,

Would like to know just how many exercises I need to do for back on a 4 day split? I am looking at doing these exercises:

1.Seated Cable Rows, 2.One-Arm Dumbbell Row, 3.T-Bar Row, 4.Straight-Arm Pulldown, 5.Underhand Cable Pulldowns, 6.Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown, 7.Wide-Grip Pulldowns Behind The Neck

3 sets of 8 to 10 reps for each one.

    Looking at doing Biceps afterwards.

    Thx for any input

If I'm working Back and Bis I usually do 4 back exercises and 3 bi exercises. If I'm working Back with another muscle group such as tris or by itself I do 5 to 6 back exercises. I usually do 3 sets of each exercise....

On a side note I would add in some pullups into your back routine....

You only need two, a pull-up, and a row. Pick one of each and alternate them each workout.
    I don't know either lol
