I have a very low resting heart rate and there is all this talk about keeping one's heart rate up while doing cardio. I am 26, so I should keep my heart rate between 130 - 150, but does having a lower resting heart rate mean I need to keep my heart rate lower while doing cardio? For example my resting heart rate is around 41, while most people have a resting heart rate of 60-75. Does this mean I should keep my heart rate lower by about 20-25 beats per minute? When I am in an all out sprint I can only get my heart rate to about 125 and if i kept that up for more than 30 seconds I would easily pass out. Please help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Being 29 yrs old, my max heart rate is 191 bpm and 65-80% of that is 124-153 bpm. When I exercise to the point I can maintain the rate for 30 mins, I average ~120 bpm. When I go as fast as I can for 1 minute, I max out around 140 bpm.
With my resting heart rate around 55 bpm, the above website shows my target heart rate as ~120 bpm, much closer to what I actually achieve.
