I Just Started Lifting Weights. I worked out my Biceps and Forearms about 2 days ago and I can barely bend my arm at the elbows. Right above my elbows feels stiff and tight I try and stretch it out but it hurts to much. I cant even bend my arms straight and my left elbow is way worse then my right. What is goin on Here? Am I just sore because I just started working out? Someone told me that i was probably performing my curls wrong and am Building muscles in my elbows which is bad But I Use a Arm Blaster so my arms stay locked and I cant Cheat and i was definently doing my curls right?

Ya...I have this same thing. I cant straighten my arms at the elbows.
I did curls yesterday...one arm at a time kind. Havent worked out in a year. And I did the 35 lb weight as many times as i could; then i did 25 as many times as I could then 15 as many as i could, then 8, then 5, then 3 lbs until i couldnt any more....now it feels like my arms are in casts

Sounds like muscle tightness and soreness to me, too. Your left is probably worse than your right because it was alright tight (hypertonic) from something else.
Deep tissue massage would help tremendously.
