I Cant Bend My Arm At The Elbow

I Just Started Lifting Weights. I worked out my Biceps and Forearms about 2 days ago and I can barely bend my arm at the elbows. Right above my elbows feels stiff and tight I try and stretch it out but it hurts to much. I cant even bend my arms straight and my left elbow is way worse then my right. What is goin on Here? Am I just sore because I just started working out? Someone told me that i was probably performing my curls wrong and am Building muscles in my elbows which is bad But I Use a Arm Blaster so my arms stay locked and I cant Cheat and i was definently doing my curls right?

I tend to get this after working out hard on my biceps. I would say its just really tight.

Sounds like muscle tightness and soreness to me, too. Your left is probably worse than your right because it was alright tight (hypertonic) from something else.

Deep tissue massage would help tremendously.

Also, easy back into training a bit more slowly

Yeah your gonna be like that for a few days, especially if you just started working out.

Everytime I start after taking a few month-year break my arms are stiffer than stiff for a few days and they hurt like ****.
