No sh*t Sherlock. As I type the sterol bottles are on their way to a garbage truck. That picture was taken a few weeks ago and I just never got around to taking a new one.
Glutamine was given to a friend who firmly believes the stuff works. Whatever, I don't want it.
Edit: Forgot to add that ON Tropical Punch whey is freaking awesome! I love the taste and how well it mixes. A protein drink that I can actually drink on a daily basis. I gotta get some more!

Nope never heard of it. I'll definitely check it out though. I just hate that really thick protein shake. The stuff ends up being like runny pudding....I hate that. The closer to smooth it is the better.
