    Wanting to start cleans and jerks

    Hello, I recently have been thinking about putting these two into my routine to aids deadlifts and all round development and power, I am body building mainly but I think this could add some variation and advantages, There is no one to show me or teach me where I live, Is it safe enough to read up and start light on these?
