I'll be normal according to BMI soon.

So right now I'm 232-234 depending on meals, time of weigh-in. I started this journey a while ago at 300+Lbs. last October. Once I lose 220 Lbs. I'll be "normal" according to the BMI. I will be just under the OVERWEIGHT category. It will bring a tear to my eye when I'm finally "normal"
    12/01/04 - 305+LBS!
    8/17/05 - 255Lbs.
    9/19/05 - 243Lbs.
    10/18/05 - 234Lbs.
    11/15/05 - 222Lbs.
    12/28/05 - 223Lbs.
    02/06/06 - 210Lbs!

    Squat - 1275 Lbs.
    Bench - 775 Lbs.
    Curl (MAX) - 350 Lbs.

It felt great going from obese to normal on the BMI calculator, but you know what? I learned that means jack squat. I'm a very muscular body type. I'm 6"1', and I'm now very fit and weigh 185lbs. One of my good friends is my same height, but 145lbs and has no muscle whatsoever. According to BMI we're both normal, but I'm borderline overweight (24.1 - 25) because I have a lot of muscle. I've learned over the past many months that the number (weight) means nothing.

The BMI is one of the greatest fallacies of medical science...

Jus a sense of normality, as absurd as it sounds, feels good to us fat men. Im assumin you've been battling your weight problem since u prolly could remember, so its like you've won a small battle in the war against the fat.
