    5 day split program..help plz

    What do you guys think of this:

    Mon: Chest
    Tues: Back
    Wed: Legs
    Thurs: Arms
    Fri: Shoulder/Traps


    i would be working abs during the week, after some of the workouts, maybe 3-4 times a week.

    Well CyberGod (modest name) personally I would do traps on back day and swap the arms and shoulder workouts around. Working bas 3-4 times a week seems a little excessive to me.

    I work 5 times a week D&G..
    Mon- Chest
    Tues- Legs
    Wed-Arm
    Thurs-Off
    Fri-Back
    Sat-shoulders
    Sun-off..

    Current split tht has worked.. BUt when lacrosse season starts i am going to have to have a 2 day split. any suggestions

    looks good, though maybe slot on legs between chest and back? otherwise you may face some shoulder fatigue man
