About how often should you workout your legs? It takes mine a while to recover and find i hard to run very fast or be very mobile period after I work them out.

If you do them more often your body will adapt and twice a week won't be a problem.
Stretching, rest and nutrition are very important.
Read that again.
Don't even try running, but walking would be great cardio post-workout. Then again, if you did them right, walking won't be possible I have my PWO shake and rest for an hour then do the cycle or treadmill for a while at home.oh and gecko that link did not contain answers only the search page - swiftness_02

It all depends on what your trying to achieve..
Mass ?? cuts ?? endurance ??
You might try to be a little more clear on your goal(s) before getting ultimately confused by reading everyones' opinion on leg training..
Personally though ?? I go twice a week (Tues & Sat.), but my goal is for strength & mass right now.. which could, and more than likely would, change when get'n ready for a comp. Everyone's different boss, your gonna get a lot of different answers, so try to be goal specific.
