How often should I workout my legs?
About how often should you workout your legs? It takes mine a while to recover and find i hard to run very fast or be very mobile period after I work them out.

when exactly do you run after lifting? right after? later that day? the next day? I hope you're doing low intensity runs or else it'll take away from the leg gains

I find that I can train them only twice a month as long as I'm doing my cardio. It really depends how I'm feeling, usually once a week I'll hit them good.

I work the lower body 1-2 a week.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

I am leaning towards going to 1/week. I have been hitting legs every four days, but they continuously hurt.

I was hitting them twice a week, but I was loosing a lot of mobility so I am cutting back to once a week

Depends on what your goals are and the volume and intensity of your leg sessions.

If you do them more often your body will adapt and twice a week won't be a problem.
Stretching, rest and nutrition are very important.
Read that again.
Don't even try running, but walking would be great cardio post-workout. Then again, if you did them right, walking won't be possible I have my PWO shake and rest for an hour then do the cycle or treadmill for a while at home.
oh and gecko that link did not contain answers only the search page - swiftness_02

Why don't you just walk home?
just sayin.......
On this website, you gotta get the rep. points first. Then when you get the rep. points, you get the power...then when you get the power, then you get the women.
Is it better to be loved or have bb.com rep points? That's a good question. It's great to be both, but it's very difficult. But if I had my choice, I would rather have bb.com rep points. BB.com rep points last longer than love.

It all depends on what your trying to achieve..
Mass ?? cuts ?? endurance ??
You might try to be a little more clear on your goal(s) before getting ultimately confused by reading everyones' opinion on leg training..
Personally though ?? I go twice a week (Tues & Sat.), but my goal is for strength & mass right now.. which could, and more than likely would, change when get'n ready for a comp. Everyone's different boss, your gonna get a lot of different answers, so try to be goal specific.
